Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning Youth

It shall be the policy of the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) to maintain and promote a safe environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ) youth in OCFS operated residential and after-care programs.
